Five years ago Billy and Katie Butler started “Hit-It-A-Ton” as a way to raise food for the Bishop Sullivan Center pantries and community kitchen. The cost to obtain and distribute a ton of food to the poor in our city is $250. And remember, your donation qualifies for the Missouri Pantry Tax Credit. Zarda Bar-B-Q
is a great sponsor of Hit-It-A-Ton. In 2013 all the profit from the Zarda Billy Bulter BBQ Sauce and the Billy Butler Ton of Beef Sandwich was donated to Bishop Sullivan Center and it amounted to over $30,000. The sauce is currently available at the following fine stores: Price Chopper, HyVe
e, Country Mart, Sunfresh, Patricia's, and coming in March Walmart.
It can also be purchased online here.
Be sure to visit Billy's Locker.
It contains autographed bats and balls from his teammates as well as some of Billy's game used gear. Make a donation to Hit-It-A-Ton and select the autographed equipment you want.
